Article body

If you’ve been watching the Seguin housing market, you’ve probably noticed that new construction is easy to find. A custom home on a lot in a gated Hill Country community, with the utilities already in place, is harder to come by. Twin Creeks is the lot community where TKG Custom Homes builds in Seguin, and only a few lots remain. That isn’t a reason to rush. It is a reason to start the conversation while you still have a choice of lots.

What Makes Twin Creeks Different

Twin Creeks is custom homes only, with no production tract homes. Lots run from about half an acre to an acre or more. Water, electric and septic connections are ready to go, so there are no wells to drill and no septic to coordinate before you break ground. The HOA is minimal, with fees that cover road maintenance and common areas, and there are no restrictive covenants on home design. Modern farmhouse, Hill Country traditional or contemporary: we’ll design it.

Downtown Seguin is about ten minutes away. Lake McQueeney, the Guadalupe River and New Braunfels are a short drive beyond.

How Building in Twin Creeks Works

It is the same custom process we use on every TKG home. We don’t start with a template. We start with you: how your household lives, how you entertain and how you use your space.

  1. Choose your lot. Walk the community with Coy and pick the lot that suits you.
  2. Design your home. Work with our designer and decorator to build a floor plan from scratch around the way you live.
  3. Finalize pricing and the contract. Pre-selections, allowances and a full contract review.
  4. Permitting and construction. We handle the permits and manage the build, with regular updates along the way.
  5. Move in. A final walkthrough, a punch list and an orientation.

Why Talk to Us Now

The lot list is short, and it changes, so the best way to know what is open today is to ask. If you’re ready to start, schedule an Initial Consultation. If you’re still deciding, we can walk the community with you and help you understand what building in Twin Creeks looks like, what it costs and how it fits your plans.
